Shipping and return

GENERAL INFO

Once a web order is completed and paid, the parcel will be shipped in the following days. The shipping fees in Quebec are $15 and are free for all orders of $150 or more. Anywhere else in Canada, the shipping fees are $18. An extra shipping charge will be added if the parcel has a high weight and/or volume. It will be indicated in your cart before checkout.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this moment, we only deliver our goods to Canada and the United States. All prices are in Canadian Dollars. For orders delivered to the USA, a shipping fee of $40 is applied. You will be informed by email about the extra shipping fees, if applicable. These fees will depend on your location, weight and volume of the package. We will finalize the transaction and delivery of your order once you approve these extra fees. Please note that additional duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer. SPECIAL ORDERS

All order of products that we do not carry in our store inventory (wallpaper and any other specific items) is considered a special order. In that case, the parcel will be shipped directly by the supplier and you will be charged for duties by the delivery company.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

We try our very best to keep our online inventory up to date, however sometimes an item you order may be out of stock. We will contact you as soon as possible if there is anything preventing us from sending you your order.

RETURNS

We will only accept returns within 15 days of purchase date. Sale items and all the jewelries are final sale and cannot be returned. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, with all tags intact at this address: 

Client is responsible for all shipping and handling costs regarding the return or exchange. We are not responsible for missing or misdelivered packages. Returns are processed immediately upon receipt of returned merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your refund has been processed.
